its fantastic! a beautiful comfy, summer, feminine office-like outfit! i really vote for this skirt..i remember when i first read you you had post a similar H&M tulip skirt with a belt bow...and i loved it. i even went to H&M @ Avenue but never found it ...what a shame :(
