Dimitri Zafiriou showed his Autumn-Winter 2011/12 collection titled Le Diner Surréaliste on Sunday, April 3rd in Technopolis during Athens Fashion Week..Unfortunately, lots were shaken by the ghostly made-up faces of the models and didn't move onto seeing the actual clothes.
I chose to only feature my favourite look, as seen above.
The one that for me embodies the best of the collection: Rich blacks and easy-to-wear greys, interesting knitwear, pieces that - if taken apart from the runway styling - can be easily incorporated into a normal girl's everyday wardrobe as statement pieces.
For example, I would so love to have this cape above, a perfect topping layer, to warm me in the cold days of the winter to come.

μου έχει συμβεί σε σόου με πολύ επιθετικό styling να φύγω με την εντύπωση ότι τα ρούχα ήταν μόνο για πασαρέλες, άντε και κανένα θέατρο! και όταν τα είδα από κοντά, δε πίστευα τα μάτια μου, πόσο φορέσιμα ήταν. οκ, δε λέω ότι αυτό επηρεάζει το έμπειρο μάτι των buyers, αλλά το υπερβολικό styling/make up etc κλέβει από τη δόξα των ρούχων, ενώ μπορεί μα χρησιμοποιηθεί για να καλύψει την ανεπάρκεια μιας κολεξιόν. στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση που στα ρούχα δε λείπει τίποτα, μπορούν να κάνουν statement από μόνα τους με λίγη βοήθεια από το styling χωρίς να επισκιάζονται από αυτό
